The death of the ego<\/a> is paramount in our spiritual awakening and in the evolution of our consciousness.<\/p>

Many people interpret the ego in a superficial way and do not give it the attention it requires, the consequence of which is that the ego takes control of their lives in a negative way. The death of the ego is a fundamental phase that the human being needs to create an accurate image of himself and the world.<\/p>

Our passage through the earth is a constant journey full of lives and downs, our physical body is this ship that transports our soul, so the importance of taking care of what we see and where we focus, since our eyes are the main window of this vehicle and this window of possibilities is so wide that we can deviate along the way.\u00a0<\/p>

If we want our higher self to be in charge of driving this ship, the death of our ego is essential and for this we will carry out the following three steps.<\/p>

\u00a0Number one: No to the trial.<\/i><\/b><\/p>

All of us act as earthly beings, we make mistakes constantly, we go through an infinity of situations, each person is living his unique experience, so it is essential that we enjoy understanding. Why should you judge others when we do not know their history? The result of each of our stories is a natural fact, we must cancel right now the expectations that all humanity thinks, acts and feels the same as us, we must understand that each human being is the result of his own unique story and has his own level of consciousness, which is not for us to judge.\u00a0<\/p>

If you stop judging others, you will stop judging yourself and your ego will automatically lose strength within you. I invite you to choose what you want to focus on, what frequency you want to be vibrating from and these questions lead us to the next step.<\/p>

Number two: Frequency of love.<\/i><\/b><\/p>

For this step it is important that you have a balance between your priorities and those of others, renounce the ego, is not to need the approval of others, this guarantees to move through life, perceiving everything from an intelligent perspective that facilitates us to achieve our goals, if you manage to stay in this perfect world of the frequency of love you will be living in harmony and peace.<\/p>

Number three: Acceptance.<\/i><\/b><\/p>

Acceptance of life and its duality, trust in what is not under your control, accept life as it is, do not anticipate tragedies, do not think about the bad that has not yet happened and that may never happen, trust that everything that happens in our life has a reason for being and has a why and a what for and that every difficulty has many possibilities. Acceptance is to adapt to each situation and take advantage of it in favor of our spiritual growth.<\/p>

Finally, remember, no judgment, acceptance and vibrate from the frequency of love, if you manage to live a balanced life, your higher self will take command of your life, eliminating or suppressing your ego, you will achieve that everything is in harmony.<\/p>
