I met Coach Juliet in a very dark moment of my life, where I could not see any exit from the situation I was.\nShe helped me see things from another perspective and showed me that anything was possible. We started working on tiny practical habits to allow me to get stronger.\nI appreciated that the goals were closely related to my reality, with no false expectations. This genuinely have a weight on improving my confidence and self-esteem.\nShe also respected my time processing things and guided me to see things by myself, without imposing anything.\nOne thing I thought was unique about her, is that she did not push me to forgive people that never asked for it or that I am not ready to forgive. I saw many coaches imposing, like: you have to forgive. She respected my time and the fact I am not close to doing that.\nI cannot imagine how I would be without her guidance and patience. I thought I could never see improvements in my self-esteem, but our coaching sessions were kind of game changers.\nThere are many things we are working on, and I genuinely recommend her work. \nShe is knowledgeable and brings strategies and techniques to the table, so we can clearly work on the goals and see results.\nWorking on yourself is an investment, and Coach Juliet helped me to make the most of our coaching sessions and focus on the plan.
