Flow with life and achieve your dreams.
To flow is to let go, accepting each situation as it is. Flowing with what surrounds you will make you reach very high, will allow you to live with more peace of mind and will also help you to achieve your dreams.
Life is not permanent.
Life is constantly changing and if we learn to flow with life then we will do very well on this path, on the other hand, if we fight against it and its changes, we will definitely suffer. Everyday we have examples around us of people who are going through quite complex situations, however, they decide to flow with life by letting this situation and that moment pass and face it peacefully avoiding stress. We also see people with not so complex situations and yet they decide to block, not to flow, to stress and to pay too much attention to that passing situation.
Addictions are a way of not facing this change well and there are many examples, for example, relationships that end, the man who leaves his wife or the woman who leaves the man and this person faces this change by taking refuge in an addiction, which could be in cigarettes, alcohol, food, among others.
I want to invite you to take the following steps that I am going to share with you so that you can learn to flow with life;
Number 1: We can't control everything.
This is a basic truth that we all know, but we constantly ignore, life is unpredictable and sometimes out of control, we must stop desperately fighting against our reality. Control has its roots in fear, that is, people who do not flow with life is because their emotions, thoughts and their being is directed by fear, so I invite you to trust and flow from love.
Number 2: One day at a time.
At this point it is crucial to stop living in autopilot mode, practice mindfulness and always keep in mind that you might leave this earthly plane tomorrow, so eliminate all expectations that keep surrounding your head and contemplate this day, because this day you can only live today. You will never have the opportunity to live this day again, so live it to the fullest. If you live one day at a time, you will increase your self-awareness, focus on your present.
Number 3: Don't get stuck.
When something is not the way you wanted it to be, don't get stuck in that thought. Trying to change reality is a battle that you are guaranteed to lose, stop fighting against this situation that is already like this, there is no turning back, we should not cry over spilled milk. There are people who unfortunately waste a lot of time and energy in situations that just happened or already happened, they do not accept it, and waste a lot of time thinking and thinking, staying stuck in this situation that has no way back, so let go and flow with life.
Number 4: Stop thinking too much.
Stop thinking and thinking over and over again, especially about what you don't know yet, what is uncertain, what has already happened, as this can become a habit that you don't even realize you have. When we are thinking too much this becomes a stress and stress is a poison, so we must avoid stress at all costs, and one way to do this is to stop thinking and thinking about the same thing. When you realize that you are overthinking, just change that channel, you are in control of yourself, so just change that channel, overthinking is not a mental illness, but it is associated with conditions such as depression, anxiety, eating disorders and substance disorders.
Number 5: Eliminate what you don't need in your life.
Eliminate what you don't need in your life and this includes people, habits, overwork, regrets, fast food, mental patterns, among others. Only you know, deep in your heart, what are those things that you don't need and that you must eliminate from your life.
Finally: Flexibility.
This will allow us to feel free and happy, keep in mind that if you include with your life then life will be on your side, a relaxed body accepts whatever comes its way, it plays with life, as life plays with you, to let it flow it is very important that we stay relaxed.
