Life Coaching

Life coaching is the art of discovering and developing your full potential.

The birth of the coaching discipline goes back many centuries. There is evidence in Greek philosophy, of the use of a method called Socratic method or Socratic mayeutics, which consists of the same process of a coaching session, i.e. the professional asks powerful questions until the person finds solutions, and discovers ideas that he/she did not know were secretly in the mind.

The first step is to understand why you need a coach:

If you are not clear about it. Don’t worry! We will find out by means of an initial test. Sometimes people have very specific goals; However, most of the time it is unclear what they want to achieve.

Hence, the beginning of the session is a ‘goal-clarification’ to understand your wants. Consequently, this outline can be modified throughout the session’s course.

The session’s process

These sessions are the rise of a transformational journey in which the coach and the client establish a clear and specific commitment.

The duration is approximately 30-45 minutes. 

Depending on the case, it can be extended up to an hour.

Establish goals and purpose of the mentee. This first step is essential to start moving forward in this beautiful coaching process. It will also establish the ultimate goal that is expected to be achieved at the end of this transformational journey.

Level 2

Drawing the plan. Once the purpose is defined, the path of obtaining the final goal will be designed. The coach and mentee will create a realistic and strategic action plan to support the path to the final goal.

Level 3

Execute the action plan.
Congratulations, Now is the time to work on your action plan. Don’t panic! I will be by your side working on any obstacle you may encounter.
