Personal growth is very important, it is a process of self-awareness that consists of understanding and leading yourself to be at your highest potential

It involves constantly asking yourself who you are becoming and being aware of what path you intend to reach. 

Personal development is the commitment to activities that foster the capabilities and potentialities of the individual. Satisfaction with life, dreams and desires of a person, can be improved and achieved by working daily on personal growth, boosting their awareness and expanding their ideal identity, maximising their potential and talents, because we all have talents and we have a potential that often for lack of exploring this growth, we come to ignore it and unfortunately sometimes we do not even discover them for lack of interest in personal growth.

 Now we have reached the favourite part of this video which are some very valuable keys to achieve personal growth, but first it is very important to be clear that every human being has a unique journey, each personal development as the word tells us is personal and depends solely and exclusively on what you do or do not do, so it is very important to get out of our comfort zone, because being in the comfort zone is the opposite, because the decision to leave our comfort zone will immediately push us to achieve everything we want or dream.

When we are in our comfort zone, it is a lazy zone that disables us, that does not allow us to develop our imagination, our creativity, our potential. If you don't get out of your comfort zone you will always be in the opposite of growing and for this point it is very fundamental to experience new things and new places, be prepared and train yourself to be uncomfortable. 

Another key point for personal growth is to always keep learning and setting goals for yourself, the ability and desire to learn are strong skills that can have a great effect on any area of your life. Plan what you will learn, either monthly, yearly or daily. For this point it is very important that you analyse in which aspect or area you need to grow, where you are lacking in personal growth. 

Create an action plan of what you should do on a daily, weekly or monthly basis as you prefer so that at the end of a year, let's put it this way, you have grown in that aspect that you have discovered that you lack. Finally another key point in this process of our personal growth is to track your progress and evaluate your life, this point is paramount, this can motivate or demotivate you, but however it is very important to know how is our process of moving towards success and personal growth or we are stuck in our comfort zone and we are not developing our greatest potential, it is important to be clear about that. 

It is also an excellent way to maintain our personal growth in the long run because if we are tracking our process and evaluating our life we will be able to continuously continue our personal growth.
