If you change, everything changes, it is true that we cannot dominate our subconscious, but what we can do is to educate it..

To begin with I want you to know that the effectiveness of these strategies is proven as an excellent method to reprogram our subconscious mind. I recommend that you do each of these strategies preferably at night before going to sleep, this is because at night while we are sleeping our conscious mind is completely disconnected and only our subconscious mind is activated. It is active 24/7, 365 days a year, it does not rest, so it is very important to reprogram it before going to sleep to keep that information in our subconscious. 

Scientists have shown that our subconscious mind is responsible for 95 to 99 percent of what we do, it is paramount that we all reprogram our subconscious, in order to live the life of our dreams.

Reprogramming our mind is by no means a simple task, as our subconscious is a mind of habit.

Technique number 1: Practice gratitude and prayer.

Why do I say prayer? Because when you pray you are grateful most of the time, you can decide if you want to practice one or if you want to do a combination of these two. The relevant thing is that every day of your life you feel grateful for absolutely everything you enjoy, being in gratitude, you program your mind for prosperity and not lack, if you do it every day, you will be programming your mind to success, you can do it at night so that your subconscious is fed with good vibes.

Technique number 2: Plan your day.

Dedicate a few minutes a day to reprogram your subconscious, giving it orders and instructions of what your plans are for tomorrow. Plan your intentions and what you must do to reach the goal.

Technique number 3: Review your plans every night.

There are projects that require daily activities to reach the goal, those are the specific activities that you have to review.

Our subconscious works through repetition, remember that it is a mind of habit, so it is very important that every night you sit down to review those plans and steps that are already fixed, to achieve the goal. 

If you want to achieve success you have to repeat and repeat this process over and over again, just like when you learned to drive. When we learn to drive we take the steering wheel many times, until we finally learn to drive. It is not that we take the wheel once and we have learned, we have to repeat and repeat this action, until it becomes a habit. 

Don't just sit down to plan your dreams, your projects, your goals, your plans, short or long term and take them to the next table and never look at them, not even to dust them off. Check your projects, preferably every night, because that way they will be filed in your subconscious.

Technique number 4: Speak to your subconscious mind with authority.

Direct it to where you want to go, only speak to it from the positive, the beautiful, the abundance of success, wealth, prosperity, speak to it from all that you dream, desire and yearn for. Ask yourself what is it that you want, what is it that you desire? From a partner who complements me, who comes to contribute and add to me, the house of my dreams, a better job, and so on.

Technique number 5: Hypnosis.

 This technique is more advanced and complete, so if you are interested look for someone certified and with good experience in the subject. Remember your subconscious mind, it is 100 times more powerful than your conscious mind and it is the one in charge of your life. 

Depending on the reprogramming you are giving to your subconscious, it will also depend on the time. There will be things in which you will see the result quickly, as, there will be others that will take longer.
